Jane Brereton is a social worker certified through the OTSTCFQ, having earned her degree in 2008, with additional training in internal family systems (IFS) and somatic therapies. As a trauma informed practitioner, she specializes in providing a trauma-informed approach to help individuals address challenges such as anxiety, chronic conditions, life transitions, stress, self-doubt, and neurodiversity-related concerns. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their strengths, build resilience, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
